Customer needs analysis
We strongly believe that any successful fulfilment project must begin with a clear understanding of what our customer's needs and expectations are. We will set up an internal project team at TW which will include a member of staff from all the relevant departments — purchasing, sales, finance, technical, IT, warehouse and logistics. This team will then deal directly with our customer to assist them in setting up the new fulfilment process.
