Despatch
Once the goods have all been picked and packed it is vital all the despatch process are completed on time and accurately.
We use a combination of the Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DHL services.
All Parcelforce bar codes are created by our own mainframe computer and thereby avoid any manual inputting of addresses. We are able to provide our customer with all the relevant tracking numbers on a daily basis via e mail or their custom web portal.
