TW Electronics and Toneluck have formed a strong partnership in supplying custom high precision injection moulding parts for the automotive industry.
Toneluck are a Hong Kong based company with state of the art production and tooling facilities in Huizhou, China. They work together with numerous European and Japanese automobile companies to manufacture predominantly insert moulded custom parts for applications such as suspension sensing devices, air conditioning units, in car audio control and many others.
TW Electronics assume the role of technical project coordinator and liase directly with the UK based engineering team of the automotive customer. This process will include initial product definition, tooling, sampling, pre-production through to final production.
TW Electronics also then take on an important logistical role in holding the UK buffer stocks to ensure the continuity of supply which is so critical in the modern day automotive industry.
