The Remo A EH marks a significant shift in how remote controls are powered and how environmental concerns are leading product innovation.
 
Taking advantage of solar and ambient light energy harvesting technologies our new device is a self charging solution that eliminates the need for batteries completely.

This new battery free solution is achieved with 4 key buildings blocks:

• An ultra low power Atmosic chip reduces overall power consumption

​

• A PV cell captures any ambient light or natural sunlight

​

• The Super Capacitor stores the energy captured via the PV cell

​

• A USB-C connector allows the Super Capacitor to be charged  

​

In normal use, under average household light conditions the Remo A EH requires no charging. If the device is under more intensive use, a short 10 minute recharge via the USB-C connector is all that is needed.

The loaded software is fully Google compliant for both Android TV and Google TV systems to enable quick and effortless pairing with your Android operating system.

 

The Remo A EH software can be extended to include our unique Smart Set database system enabling the device to recognise, communicate with and connect the majority of all global TV models. Additional features such as a ‘find me’ buzzer can also be incorporated.
